Recently, Attorney Barry Ansbacher was the speaker of a myLawCLE seminar titled “The Ethics Associated with Associations.”
This seminar explored the attorney-client relationship between a law firm and a community association. Particularly, the focus was on the lawyer’s duties to the association when the association’s leadership acts to the detriment of the association. Also discussed were practical solutions and compliance with ethical obligations based on the ABA model rules.
