Angius & Terry Florida Legal Team Joins Forces with Ansbacher Law to Serve Florida Clients

The Florida team of Angius & Terry, LLP is joining Ansbacher Law. The combined resources of these two firms will provide clients with aggressive and cost-efficient legal representation for construction defect matters, combined with the resources of a full-service community association law firm.

The construction defect team at Ansbacher Law will be led by Barry Ansbacher, the only attorney in Florida triple board certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law, Condominium & Planned Development Law, and Real Estate Law. Barry and the Ansbacher Law team successfully obtained a jury verdict against America’s largest homebuilder for their client, resulting in a recovery exceeding $12,000,000.00. Mr. Ansbacher, shareholder Michael Feinberg, and the entire construction team at Ansbacher Law will work side-by-side with Paul Terry, Jr. and the Angius & Terry litigation support team to represent Florida condominium and homeowner associations to recover damages for defective construction.

Paul P. Terry

Since 1984, Paul Terry has focused his practice on assisting condominium and homeowner associations to resolve their construction defect issues. His unique combination of knowledge and experience enabled him to secure a $19.3 Million recovery for a 30-story high-rise condominium association. He graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1980 with degrees in Literature and Economics and received his law degree in 1984 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Mr. Terry will work out of the firm’s Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando area offices.
